Join us with the Waco STEAM Center as we popup with youth-focused environmental STEAM education! We partner with the City of Waco Recycling Center to use upcycled items for our activities, bringing fun hands-on opportunities for area youth to engage, learn, and experience the importance of our natural world.

Meeting our youth where they are in the community.
The Junior Sustainability Advocate is an outreach program to meet Waco’s youth out in the community. With special events popping up at community centers, libraries, Waco STEAM Center, and partner organizations, we are creating the necessary pipeline of hands-on education with Waco’s youth, empowering them to be the Green leaders of tomorrow.
We aim to provide community awareness, educational programming, STEAM/STEM activities and events to our community. Check out our current educational programming that supports our education initiatives.
